Visiting Canada and Toronto

Information about entering Canada

Please make sure you have a valid passport. Check with your passport office if your passport is due to expire shortly after the conference dates.

Visitors from some countries may require a temporary visitors visa. To find out if you are coming from a country that requires a visitors visa to enter Canada, contact the Canadian embassy in your home country or ask your travel agent.

Information about visiting Toronto

Toronto is the multi-cultural, educational, entertainment, financial, high tech, commercial and industrial centre of Canada. It is known as “Hollywood North.” Only New York and Los Angeles are larger film and television production centres and the city offers world class sports, shopping, attractions and restaurants. We’re talking about Toronto — Canada’s largest city and the fourth largest city in North America. Toronto is not so much a place you visit as a destination you will experience at the WFSAD 2007 International Conference.

To be sure you have all the information you will need to make the most of your time in Canada’s most exciting and diverse city, we suggest you visit these useful web sites.
